Refund Policy

We do not do refunds for time spent.

If your project is canceled for any reason before start, we will do 100% refund of your deposit payment.

If we started working on project and the project has been canceled for any reason, we will refund you non-spent hours from your deposit payment.

We do not start with project until your approval.

We take small up-front deposit payment (usually for 4 hours of work) and then email you weekly invoices (usually each Monday) with hours and deliverables done in past week.

Our policy is not to work half up-front and half after completion.

Using this approach, the billing follows actual progress on your project.
